Where Archon Research Group was stuck
Archon Research Group nearly shut down. Tom was running a content writing agency with 6 writers and 1 VA, losing money most months, and at a breaking point. He came to us convinced his problem was bad hires or not enough people. After a 20-minute conversation, it was clear: the problem wasn't people, it was systems. Without systemization, you can't manage a high-volume content operation — every task has to travel through humans making the same decisions over and over.
What we built
We built a comprehensive operating system that automated the hardest part of the business: assigning articles to writers. We built an auto-suggestion engine that considers topic expertise, writer availability, planned vacations, response speed on past projects, and historical quality scores — and picks the right writer for every article automatically. We also built quality scoring, capacity tracking, and article flow management across the entire team.
What happened next
Archon went from nearly closing to growing 4x in revenue ($120K → $500K annually). The writer team scaled from 6 to 60. The VA team grew from 1 to 7 full-time. Tom went from running a dying business to an operation cranking out thousands of articles per month. The auto-suggestion system initially met resistance from staff who thought they should keep making those decisions — until they used it for two weeks and realized it was saving them from decision fatigue every day.
