Where Growth Engine X was stuck

Growth Engine X works with some of the largest brands in cold email lead generation. Eric had tried building his own campaign analytics in Make.com and spent entire weekends fighting broken automations — numbers were still wrong. When you're sending millions of emails on behalf of major clients, not being able to trust your analytics is fatal. They were also holding back sales intentionally because Eric didn't feel they could deliver at higher volume without systems breaking.

The Solution

What we built

We built the "Money Overview" — a comprehensive reporting and analytics system that pulls data from Smartlead, Instantly, Outbound Sync, and every other platform Eric uses. It runs sophisticated checks on deliverability, reply rates, signups, and inbox health. We also built automated inbox ordering that proactively orders new inboxes before Eric runs out — maintaining a 1:1 warming ratio automatically. Every build was custom to Growth Engine X's specific workflows, not a templated solution.

What happened next

Eric went from not trusting his numbers to running one of the most data-driven cold email operations on the planet. Growth Engine X grew from 35 to 53 clients and from 2M to 5M emails per month — all on the new infrastructure. One client is now getting 90 qualified leads per day in a commoditized space. Eric's role transformed from hands-on operator to project manager; he hasn't touched a Clay table or campaign setup in months. Smart Lead, Outbound Sync, and Instantly have all confirmed Growth Engine X has the highest reply rates on their platforms.
