The Problem

Where Lever Growth was stuck

Isaac was a solo founder running Lever Growth with no real systems — just him, a pile of spreadsheets, and every piece of client delivery lived in his head. He wasn't stuck on lead gen. He was stuck on keeping the clients he had. Every new account meant more ad-hoc reporting, more manual meeting handoffs, more "where are we on this?" in Slack. He knew that if he was going to grow, he couldn't keep bolting clients onto a founder-shaped bottleneck. So he did something most founders at his revenue level won't — he put a meaningful chunk of his income into ops.

The Solution

What we built

We started with the company brain — mapping service delivery end-to-end so we could see where time was actually going. Then we rebuilt Lever Growth's data layer inside Airtable, tying specific targeting and messaging to campaign outcomes so results could be attributed and replicated. On top of that we layered two automations Isaac leans on daily — weekly client reporting that pushes into shared Slack channels, and a meeting-booking flow that posts every upcoming call with full context for both sides. Every feature was prioritized in sprints based on what Lever Growth actually needed next.

The Results

What happened next

Lever Growth grew its client roster 4–5x while only adding one new team member. The data infrastructure lets Isaac triangulate expected results for prospects using real numbers from past campaigns — which means faster sales and tighter delivery. Weekly reports land in client channels automatically. Meetings book themselves into shared Slack with everything the client needs to prep. His team adopted the Airtable environment without friction, and the roadmap keeps shipping new features as the business evolves.

“We've grown by four or five x in terms of the number of clients that we're able to service, and we've added one new head count. The ability for us to service has been multiples better as a result of the systems, the data structures, the automations that we've worked together on.”
