Where Lift Media was stuck

Alex was running Lift Media — a cold email lead gen agency — as a solopreneur making about $5K a month. He wasn't stuck on lead gen. He was stuck on everything else: no real onboarding, no hiring playbook, no streamlined process. He'd started in Notion with a single doc listing everything to do, graduated to ClickUp, and was still bouncing between three or four disconnected apps trying to hold the business together. He knew ops was his bottleneck, and he made the ballsy call to spend a meaningful chunk of his income on fixing it before the revenue was there to justify it.

What we built

We started with ops first, tech second. Mapped his company brain, fixed the process gaps, then powered it up with automations and a centralized Airtable environment once the foundation was solid. We built employee onboarding that could take a new hire from zero to functional in a few days — turning people who knew nothing about cold email into contributors fast. Client onboarding got the same treatment: quick, clear, nothing slipping. Then we added automated reporting on top so Alex wasn't spending hours a day pulling numbers from ten different spots.

Lift Media went from $5K a month as a solo operation to $25K a month with 12 active clients — 5x revenue in a span of months. Alex got roughly half his workday back from admin overhead. Employee onboarding turned new hires into A-players inside a few days. Client onboarding stopped leaving people confused at the start of the engagement.
