Where Lynn Lead Generation was stuck

Lynn Lead Generation runs a pay-per-call B2B lead generation model across Europe, the UK, US, and Middle East. They get paid when meetings happen — but at month-end, clients would "forget" whether meetings actually occurred. Revenue that should have been $3,000 per client was routinely getting paid as $1,500. They needed a bulletproof system of record that tracked every scheduled meeting, logged outcomes in real-time, and gave them documented evidence for invoicing.

What we built

We built a centralized campaign management hub that tracks every scheduled meeting with automatic logging of show/no-show outcomes. When a client marks a meeting as completed, it gets pinged into Slack in real-time and logged as revenue-eligible. The inbox team can chase no-shows immediately instead of discovering them at month-end. Every meeting has a trail — client contact, scheduler, show status, outcome — that becomes evidence at invoice time.

What happened next

Revenue disputes dropped to near-zero because Lynn has documented proof of every meeting. Revenue collection on previously-disputed meetings recovered significantly.
