The Problem

Where SaaSCamp was stuck

Denis was running a group coaching business like it was a 12-person production company. Dozens of freelancers and contractors. Ten to twenty hours a week just onboarding new people, running Lucidcharts, babysitting Slack to make sure one person logged in and another finished four hours of training. Sixty-hour weeks. It was driving him insane — and when he finally looked at where clients were actually coming from, the answer was obvious: the sprawl wasn't the business. It was the thing killing the business.

The Solution

What we built

We pulled the business apart and looked at inputs versus noise. The data said 80% of clients came from cold email, 10% from LinkedIn, 10% from Twitter. So we cut the twelve-person contractor stack down to two, killed the unnecessary channels, and rebuilt Denis's week around the four inputs that actually produced revenue — cold email, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Instead of trying to run five hundred percent of everything at once, he got a focused system he could actually execute.

The Results

What happened next

Denis went from 60-hour weeks to roughly 25. His workday is now one hour on YouTube, one hour on Twitter and LinkedIn, one hour on fulfillment, and thirty minutes managing campaigns — plus sales calls and two coaching sessions a week. Expenses dropped with the contractor cuts. The chaotic chat-babysitting disappeared. And he's running the business with two people instead of twelve, focused on proven channels instead of reinventing the wheel every month.

“This is hardly a 25-hour workweek after me doing 40 to 60 hour workweeks for the last months. And this is just funny for me to witness.”
