Sales Automation Systems was already sending millions of cold emails per month and had built a decent homegrown system on Airtable — but as volume scaled past 2M emails per month, the infrastructure started showing cracks. What we built
We rebuilt the cold email infrastructure funnel inside a structured Airtable environment, with proper systems for campaign tracking, inbox management, and client delivery. The systems were documented well enough that Taylor could onboard a part-time team member and say "you know the systems well — do this stuff" and they just followed the process without hand-holding.
What happened next
In the month we rolled out the new system, Sales Automation Systems doubled from $147K to $236K in monthly revenue — and Taylor didn't work any harder. The business scaled without breaking. Email volume grew from 2M to 10M+ per month on the same infrastructure, and the company is on pace to 10x again by hiring a sales team on top of the systematized foundation.
