Frequently asked questions

We already use NetSuite / SAP / Epicor. Do you replace those?
Depends. Sometimes we replace (when the existing ERP is holding you back). Sometimes we build around and integrate (when it’s working but has gaps). We figure out the right answer in the audit phase.
How do you handle shop floor data capture?
We design mobile-first interfaces for machine operators, barcode scanning, touch screen entry, voice notes. Data capture happens in seconds, not minutes. If it slows the line down, we’ve failed.
What about integration with our existing machines and sensors?
We integrate with existing CNC machines, PLCs, and IoT sensors where the data matters. Production counts, machine status, quality measurements, all feeding into your central system automatically.
How do you handle compliance (ISO, FDA, etc.)?
Every system we build includes audit trail logging, document retention, and workflow controls appropriate for your compliance environment. If you need ISO 9001, 13485, or FDA 21 CFR Part 11, we build for it.
We have multiple facilities. Can one system handle them all?
